What if my product is not the exact same as the picture shown?
Sometimes it happens... Our products change sometimes, let me explain.
- You place an order
- We go to began the order processing
- We put the payment in for the order
- Item arrives at DSM warehouse in china BUT its not the exact same item shown on the order.
- My supplier emails us to inform us that the product received at their warehouse is slightly different (Meaning the manufacture changed the style of the product slightly or they are out of stock)
- We get send a picture of the *New or a *Similar version of the product compared to the original.
- We will email our customer about the product change (Regardless if its a style change or out-of stock)
- Customer lets us know if they want to proceed with new version of product or refund.
- (We will not SMS unless you agree to SMS marketing)
- (You the customer will be notified if any change, we will give you 48 hours to make a decision based on the product change)
- (If you do not email/message us back within the 48 hours, we will continue with the order processing)
- (If you want a picture of what the *New product looks like , just ask us and we will email/message a picture of it to you)

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. The order process speed depends of several factors.
- (On average) Any order below $100 will began processing 1-2 Business days
- (On average) Any order $101-$300 will began processing 3-5 Business days
- (Always) orders will began processing once we confirm the order with our 3rd party supplier
- (Always) Once we process the order on our end we choose the best Cost/Shipping time speed (Side note: If you want possible faster shipping ask us for other shipping options as sometimes we can choose other more expensive shipping options for possible faster speed but you will have to inform us of this before we process the order once the order is paid to our supplier we cannot change the shipping options)
- (Always) Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- (Sometimes) Products we offer may already be out-of stock but we won't know until our supplier lets us know, if you like to know if the item your about to order is out-of stock feel free to email us and ask us if a product is still in stock before you purchase it and we will ask our suppliers.
- (Sometimes) Products might be in stock but a style change may occur (an email will be sent if this happens and you will have 48 hours to reply back to us by email otherwise the order will continue with the process)
