• • (A NON-REFUNDABLE $2 SERVICE FEE)- This fee is applied to (ALL) countries that we have a fixed custom shipping rate for, meaning for example ($7 total shipping=$5 Refund + Product expense)

Q?- Why & where does this "Service fee" go to?

A- Why? The $2 we keep helps to pay for our Platforms services such as our customer accounts subscription as well as any other subscriptions or services we pay for to help enhance our customers experience. 

 

•          (DropShipping Item Delivery)- We used to be a product resale business then we switch to Drop Shipping for a bigger menu of products.

Q?- What does dropshipping delivery mean? & when will my package be delivered?

A- "DropShipping Item Delivery" Is used to explain to my customers that a "Set" / "Fixed" Delivery time is not possible considering that the size & location of delivery of each package, But we do have a parcel tracking app/service to help you keep track of the transit of your package & as always if you need our assistance to help you track your shipment feel free to email/message us.
