How to install and use

1. Inspect the lamp, mount and power lead. With USB power disconnected, check that your monitor has a suitable top edge to support the mount without pressure on the active display.
2. Place the mount centrally over the monitor and adjust its rear support to the screen's shape, following the supplied instructions. Do not force the clamp or cover vents, cameras or sensors.
3. Adjust the light bar so it illuminates the desktop rather than shining into your eyes or directly onto the screen. Confirm that the lamp and monitor remain stable.
4. Connect the USB lead to a power source that matches the unit's input label and can supply its required power. Route the cable loosely away from moving parts and walkways.
5. Use the touch control on the end of the bar. The supplier guide indicates a short press for on/off, a press-and-hold for brightness adjustment and repeated clicks to change the light mode. Follow the instructions supplied with the actual unit for the precise switching sequence.
6. Select a comfortable brightness and white-light mode. Switch off when finished and disconnect power before moving or cleaning the lamp.

• Wipe the lamp and mounting contact surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and spraying liquid into openings.
• Inspect the mount and cable regularly. Keep the mounting surfaces clean and remove the lamp before transporting the monitor.
• Store dry, with the lead loosely coiled rather than tightly bent or pulled around the lamp body.
