• Freeze before use: The rod must be frozen for a minimum of 4 hours before use. It will not chill wine without prior freezing.
• Hand wash only: Do not place in a dishwasher — this will damage the rod and void any return eligibility.
• Not a rapid chiller: This product is designed to maintain a wine's temperature, not to rapidly chill a warm bottle. For best results, start with a wine that is already at or near your desired serving temperature.
• Single-bottle use: The rod is sized for standard 750ml wine bottles. Compatibility with non-standard bottle shapes is not guaranteed.
